Approach
Automated the handoff of audit-related data to the Operations team, replacing a manual export-and-send process with an automatic one
Rebuilt the service fee calculation so it ran entirely in SQL, removing the extra manual step of finishing the calculation in Excel
Automated the weekly key metric report so it generated on schedule, eliminating the need to manually open and update an Excel file each week
